For a city the size of Lansing, the limits on contributions to candidates for  mayor, clerk, and council at-large are $2,000 from individuals and $20,000 from political action committees (PACs). Contributions to candidates for  council wards are limited to $1,000 from individuals and $10,000 from PACs. Contributions from corporations and unions are illegal, but they can form PACs to collect contributions and then make contributions to candidate committees. Here are the PAC contributions to Andy's campaign:

Will Andy continue to raise funds? Or will he decide his August 28 balance of $137,139.95 enough? We won't know until October 27, when the next reports are due.
