Best Drug Rehabilitation

I sent my daughter ( from Oklahoma) to Best Drug Rehab & Detox, the detox is located in Battlecreek, Mich. This was our familys first time dealing with a drug rehab of any sort, This place is Real Fast to book a flight for your loved one and they can do this and pay for it because its the LAST ticket they have, one of the administrators Brandon) had her take pills before boarding the flight to calm her down because this was her first time on a plane( pay attion I mention why he wanted her to take the pills later)  my daughter had her cell and 40.00 cash ( pay attention this comes up later too) on her until arriving at the detox, First the diver ( whom was dressed like a straight thug) was 1 1/2 hrs late picking her up at the airport, they fly into detroit ( altho there is an international airport right there in battlecreek), the driver drove 90-100 on the hwy with MY daughter in the car, he stopped at a truck stop to make a drug deal, drugs where then offered to my daughter, on the way to detox, she called once there and said to me over the phone in front of staff, "the reason he wanted me to take the pills was so I would test positive for drugs so they can file the insurance clam with our insurance company", It only went down hill from there, you never get the same answer from 2 employees after speaking to 10 of them, you never get whom you need on the phone, they say they will give message to love one and they will call you back with the message from you loved one, thats a lie! they send a list via email what to send with your loved one, once there they take it all away from your loved one, they took all her clothes and put them outside in a shed you never get the correct time they will be in detox, I got 24hrs, 72hrs, 7 days ,10days and up to 14 days, the food is horrible and should not be fed to a dog, there was no doctor there, no fittness personal, no dietitian, they have someone that answers the phone, a tech and security there. on day 2 I was calling at 5:15 am, I wanted to speak with my daughter, I didnt even have proof she was there, in the mean time a girl left the place AMA against medical advise, she called from a hotel me about my daughter, that call only made me more convinved to get my daughter out of there, I also told another administrator NICK I would send the police there for my daughter, they finally allowed me to speak to my daughter at 11:47am, she had ONE bag to pack, I told her pack your s**t you are walking out that door and leaving, after many calls to the place and none from the detox, she got out the door at 4:00pm to catch a bus at 4;25 pm, the town shuts down at 4:30 pm, the driver taking her to the bus told her she was not allowed to look inside her own bag until she was out of the car, she got in her bag and her cell phone was not in there, she had him drive her back to detox to get it, he just dropped her off out front, she got her phone she called me crying because they wouldnt give her back her money, I then called BRANDON remember him who had her take pills before getting there? he told me she didnt come in with money, I corrected him then he stated " we dont give drug addicts money" I replied with OH SAYS the man whom had her take pills before arriving there, he then got another man DOUG to take her some cash, however it was not the amount she walked in there with, she has now missed the bus, a flight was booked in battlecreek on delta, they told my daugher no thats an air force base, another lie, they finally got her there at 5:00pm and her flight to another rehab left at 5:30pm. I plan to sue these people, they need to be shut down, insurance companys should not pay these people a penny, the police should go and remove all the employees to this place and the rehab connected to this place in Manistee Mich, which by the way looks as if they got their furnishings at the thrift store on 50% off day. PLEASE PLEASE do not send your love one here, nor lakeview health in fla or stepping stone, if you need a rehab do try Lakeside in N Palm Beach, I only wish everyone here could talk to each other, try looking up reviews on this same place on the net in yellow pages.com as well!
