Judge Richard Garcia

Ingham County Probate Court

313 W Kalamazoo Street

Lansing Michigan 48933

Judge Garcia:

FOR THE RECORD, I never said I am a threat to my neighbors.  Quite the contrary, I said in a voicemail to your office, that I would not come to a public hearing because I WAS THREATENED BY MY NEIGHBORS.

Through the mouth of Alison Peeler, I was threatened with actions from one            Dxxxxx.  His rap sheet is six inches thick with felonies, including non-aggravated battery, one wherein he nearly killed a woman, and child sexual abuse and drug trafficking among much more. I have seen guns pointed in his yard.  I worked with former Police Chief Daryl Greene on monitoring his drug house. The threat was very credible.

If you had bothered to read my PPO petition, which must have been right in front of you June 9, 2023, you would have at least been suspicious of the motives of the petitioner, Alison Peeler, who wanted to obtain my house.  Have you ever heard of ulterior motives?

I petitioned for dismissing Alison Peeler's misuse of government procedures and was given a hearing on December 18, 2023.   After 14 other cases it was my turn.  Clearly you had never read my pleading, because you acted like you had never seen it before.  I prepared a 3-minute statement of explanation that included proof that I am not mentally ill and proof that Alison Peeler is a liar.  YOU DID NOT LET ME SPEAK A COMPLETE SENTENCE.

What makes you so GOD-LIKE that you do not even bother to hear evidence?

I said something like “But your honor, I.....” and you clicked off my zoom connection. What arrogance! What cruelty! What disturbing narcissism on your part to think you know it all before you've even heard it!

Now, the entire story is published online and is destined for print.   I have had 1,000s of hits on Next Door and I have asked for other people to submit to me their experiences with your form of lawlessness. Yes, lawlessness, because the 14th Amendment guarantees that no one may be deprived of liberty without Due Process. YOU DID NOT GIVE ME DUE PROCESS.   You set police to chase me down without ever seeing me.  You deprived me of access to my home and my liberty to go about freely in my city.  You were told by my son and  attorney Eric Sheppard that I am mentally fit, and still you persisted with Alison's second petition.  She did not ASK me as the law requires.  She did not even know me, because she submitted wrong information, such as my place of birth.  I was born in Detroit.

Because of you I lost a year of my freedom and my freedom to live in Michigan.

You are an arrogant man without compassion, who does not belong on the bench anywhere. Now I use my expertise on you. The media.
