While 11350 SW Village Pkwy Ste 310 Port St Lucie FL is the location of Per Wickstrom's First Fisher Laboratories as well as Tsa Labs, it is also the home of Florida Lab Source, a "clinical medical laboratory". This site says the "authorized official name" for this entity is Mike Anthony Cirillo. When you google Mike Anthony Cirillo you find this article from the Palm Beach Post about how he was arrested in late 2018 for brokering patients to the drug rehab center he runs. He was paying people who run sober homes to send patients to his facility.

 

 

Under Florida law, it is illegal for a lab or a health-care provider either to offer or to pay a sober home or a drug-treatment center a commission, bonus, or bribe for the referral of patients.

 

The urine of people who are battling drug addiction and who have health insurance is worth potentially millions of dollars to the operators of labs, sober homes and treatment centers. A Post investigation found that insurance companies often are billed up to $5,000 for a single urine drug screen. Those with addictions may be tested three or more times per week; even partial reimbursement from insurance companies can return $1,500 to $2,000 per sample.

Although I can find no connection between Mike Anthony Cirillo and Per Wickstrom, I can't imagine that Wickstrom is not taking advantage of the urine testing goldmine.
