Ripoff Report Complaint
A Forever Recovery
Submitted 11/15/2012
to get right to the point, my daughter attended this
facility for a heroin addiction. We chose this place because of
their highly stated success rate. After 90 days and aprox $45,000
she graduated with flying colors. However, she didn't even make it a
week before ODing on heroin and ending up in ICU barely clinging to
life. My heart goes out to all who struggle with this problem of
trying to get real help for a loved one, and are being taken
advantage of by A-Forever-Recovery and the many other preditors in
this discusting and unregulated industry.
Don't be fooled, this industry as a whole does not
monitor success rates after graduation, therefor they have
absolutely no accountability for the success rates that they are
selling us. This is the perfect business, you sell a very expensive
service with absolutely no guarantee what so ever. Infact, why would
they want to cure anybody? returning clients, especially those with
money or insurance are good for business. It is no wonder that most
insurance companies will not cover these treatment programs, there
is no cure! But, there is no end to the number of facilities out
there that will prey on human nature, tell you exactly what you want
to here to keep hope alive, while taking all your money. We have
been dealing with our daughters addiction for 10 years, have met
many, many parents in the same situation, and have yet to here one
real success, sorry to say. THIS WHOLE REHAB INDUSTRY IS A SCAM.
